Terrific book for traveling kids! I love the concept of Capt Frankie & Angelic Airlines – a smart way to get kids excited about travel and learning about other cultures/countries. I also liked all the flags, the world map, and the photos of all the monuments. 5 stars!

I love golf but I am a total klutz, so I was happy to read this children’s book provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.
My First Fun Golf Steps is everything you’d like to know if you were a kid willing to learn how to play golf. As an adult, I found it so funny, colorful and engaging (and useful!) that I can’t even imagine how much children’s would love it.
Next steps for me will be to gift this great book to my cousins and then… start playing golf for real!

I absolutely love this book! Ricky and Elizabeth are an amazing couple. They fit so well together. Steve, Elizabeth’s father, getting angry and blowing everything up was hilarious and sad at the same time. I’m glad I learned more about how he thinks and how his brain works. This book had me laughing, as always. I teared up a bit in certain parts and love that love is always an important theme. I love the little messages in the books as well as the current events that are happening. This book to me spoke of the need to love and respect yourself. Always love yourself and treat yourself with respect. Definitely one of my favorite books in this series. I can’t wait for the next story!

Kent Griswald is a high-powered movie executive known for his micro-managing and aggressive supervision of a movie from beginning to end. He’s not well liked professionally or personally, so when someone puts a knife in his chest, no one is terribly surprised. However, someone also took pot shots at his younger brother, Connor, who has no enemies.
An excellent murder mystery,, January 27, 2015
This review is from Undiscovered (Kindle Edition)
This starts by introducing Kent Griswald, movie executive, and thoroughly nasty man. Then we meet his much nicer brother Connor and are surprised when Connor is the one who becomes a shooting victim.
However, it isn’t long before Kent is the one who ends up dead. You feel like saying ‘serves him right!’
It all becomes more interesting with the arrival of the investigating team of Detectives Walter Scott and Vanessa Weinstein and then gets a little hot with the interaction between Detective Scott and witness Cadence.
This is a real page turner – can Scott keep Cadence safe plus can he keep his mind on the case and not on her body? Who is really the killer?
This is an excellent murder mystery, well written with lots of suspense and the right amount of romantic sexual tension. Plus I love the humor throughout. Add to all that some great characters and you have a recipe for a very good book, well worthy of five stars
Dr. Sebastian Masters has lost his job from Eastbridge hospital, due to insubordination. But now he has come across the perfect woman, Dawn Turlo, who would give him another opportunity – another job offer and his own building with staff. The only catch is marriage. But the problem lies deeper with Sebastian. He doesn’t know how to love someone and turns to his long-time friend, Jaysen Stripe for help.
Meanwhile, Adam Ludsgarden, Sebastian’s nephew, has sunk deeper into depression due to the loss of his best friend Curtis Brown. Adam has secluded himself in his room and only comes out when necessary, and where Sebastian fails to try with him, Jaysen finds the proper words to soothe his pain.
But as Dawn starts to show her true colors and the way she feels, everything starts to spiral downward under the same roof. Can Sebastian hold everything together? Can he keep the peace? Can he keep his feelings in check after everything that had happened before with Jaysen? The suspicions grow intense, and finally, Dawn Turlo is exposed to the truth. What Sebastian and Jaysen find out is astonishing.
Luminous Cayce stood on the front porch of his spacious home, overlooking the mighty Mississippi River. The full moon sparkled on the water as it rolled by. Smoking his pipe, he was content. Nothing could equal the peace he felt when he communed with the water. Its power and majesty surrounded him.
A small sound behind him made him turn around. His eldest daughter, Evangeline, stood in the doorway. This was the night of her fifteenth birthday party. The guests had finally gone home and the servants bustled around cleaning up. Her father smiled, holding out his hand.
“How does it feel to be fifteen, my lass?”
“No different from fourteen, in truth. I suppose that will change.”
“No doubt.” He put his arm around her shoulders, holding her close.
She shivered in the chilly night air. Luminous removed his coat and set it around…
